Moses enjoyed a remarkable three years in Belgium.
The Nigerian played over 100 times, scoring 21 times for Gent.
Levante finished 15th in the Spanish La Liga last term.
He becomes the second Nigerian after Obafemi Martins to kit for the modest club.
The Valencia-based side will be banking on Moses for survival this term.
For the national team, Moses has appeared 20 times but sadly missed the last World Cup due to injury.
