Actress Moyo Lawal has recollected when she met Empress Njamah’s Liberian ‘fiancé’.
Empress is currently in the news over an alleged blackmail by her fiancé who she said pretended to be in love with her but threatened and physically abused her.
Reacting out to the actress in an Instagram post on Saturday, Moyo Lawal posted on throwback photo from the day she met Empress’ ex-lover.
The Badagry-born actress said she met Empress and the man on October 17, 2022 adding that looks can be deceptive.
She wrote: “Please stay strong, this too shall soon pass, without taking the beautiful parts of your soul. …. PS I can’t believe, I actually met him with you on this day in October. Looks really be deceptive. Please stay strong.”
Meanwhile the man, identified as Josh Wade has denied blackmailing Empress for money.
According to him, he only slapped Empress after the latter denied her sexual relationship with a man who he claimed threatened to leak her sex videos.
