Pop musician, Mr Eazi, has celebrated the release of the Lion King album curated by American singer, Beyoncé, on his 28th birthday.
Mr Eazi is one of the Nigerian artistes on the album and appreciated the opportunity in an Instagram post on Friday.
“Growing up i watched the @lionking but never imagined that someday i would be part of the project! & more special is that it just dropped on my birthday 🎁
“Sending big Love to @beyonce for putting this project together! Its “bringing The World To Africa” #empawaafrica,” he wrote.
The album titled, The Lion King: The Gift, dropped in the early hours of Friday.
Wizkid is featured on a song titled, ‘Brown Skin Girl,’ alongside Beyonce, her first child, Blue Ivy Carter and Saint Jhn.
Beyoncé was involved in the 2019 remake of “The Lion King” where she voiced adult Nala, the partner of Simba in the iconic flick.
Other Nigerians involved include Tiwa Savage, Burna Boy and Yemi Alade.
