Veteran Nollywood actor Bolaji Amusan popularly known as Mr. Latin has said that his colleague Olaiya Igwe who has been sick is recuperating.
The 54-year-old made this known in an Instagram post on Monday, after paying a visit to Olaiya.
“I visited Olaiya Igwe at home and I am very pleased that he is recuperating very fast,” he wrote.
Other celebrities wished Olaiya a speedy recovery in the comment section of the post.
In August 2021, it was rumoured that the actor had died from kidney surgery at the University College Hospital Ibadan, Oyo State.
The Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners of Nigeria (TAMPAN) however denied the rumours about his death, describing it as fake news.
