Comedian-actor Mr Macaroni has accused the Nigerian Police of theft.
The 28-year-made the accusation in a Twitter post on Friday.
According to him some police officers stole his necklace and damaged his car during the #EndSARS protest at Lekki Toll Gate on October 20.
“For daring to protest, if The Nigerian Police should arrest you, they will seize all your belongings. Upon return of your belongings ( that’s if they don’t keep it ), they would damage it. They damaged my phones and stole my necklace!! Ole!!! Barawoooo,” he wrote.
The comedian alongside rapper Falz led a protest at Lekki Toll Gate on Wednesday to mark the first anniversary of #EndSARS protest in October 2020.
Born Debo Adebayo, Mr Macaroni was among those arrested during the #OccupyLekki protest back in February and has continued to speak on the inadequacies of the government.
