Online comedian, Debo Adebayo, popularly known as Mr Macaroni, has completed his compulsory one year service as a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
The funnyman joined thousands of Batch A candidates around the country in completing their service year on Thursday.
He revealed in a post on Instagram that he attended four different universities before eventually completing his studies on Creative Art at Redeemers University.
“I finished secondary school 2009. I went to 4 different Universities between then and 2019. Most people thought I was possessed. I didn’t care how long it was going to take, but I told myself I was definitely going to get a university degree. Long last, I got it. Today I have also added my NYSC certificate,” he said.
Mr Macaroni encouraged young people to pursue their passion and not give up.
“Like I keep saying, we will all get to those heights we wish to and even beyond. Just keep pushing! Just do something. Don’t give up because you just might be so close to your breakthrough,” he said.
Mr Macaroni’s words used in his comedy skits – ‘Freaky Freaky’, ‘Ooin’ and ‘You are doing well’ – have since become household words.
