Former senator, Ben Murray-Bruce, has signed NBA legend, Kevin Garnett, on an entertainment partnership with his studio, Dream Magic Studios, located in Los Angeles, California, US.
Mr Murray-Bruce announced the deal on Wednesday via Twitter with pictures taken with Kevin, an eight-time NBA champion.
“Confirmed! New entertainment partnership with my studio, @DreamMagicLA and @NBA legend, @KevinGarnett5KG. This will be very big for #Nollywood,” he said.
The deal comes days after another basketball icon, Kobe Bryant, died in a helicopter crash in California.
“I watched many @Lakers games at the Staple Centre and to see Kobe play was pure magic. My fondest memory was at the all-star game in Washington, DC, when I saw a young @kobebryant go against Michael Jordaan. On that day I knew Kobe had arrived. We will miss you. #Mamba,” Murray-Bruce said on January 27 about Kobe’s death.
