Former Director-General of the Bureau of Public Service Reforms, Joe Abah, says his head ‘physically’ got bigger after he obtained a PhD.
Abah said in a tweet that he could not explain the science behind it but that his body weight did not change.
“What if I tell you that my head physically got bigger after I obtained my PhD? My cap size went up from 23 and half inches to 24 inches. My body weight remained the same. I have no science to explain it o, so don’t come for me,” he wrote.
Abah holds a PhD in Governance and Public Policy Analysis from the Maastricht Graduate School of Governance, Maastricht University, The Netherlands.
