Actres Uche Ogbodo has opened up about a devastating loss she and her husband recently suffered.
In an Instagram post on Wednesday, the actress revealed that they lost two of her shops and her husband’s shop due to an unfortunate incident she has chosen not to disclose.
Uche shared that watching old videos of her store has been deeply painful, admitting that she has been struggling with the heartbreak for months.
“My 1st shop @bodygangsocietyy by Night View. Watching this video, my heart is bleeding, and it has been in serious pain for months now. I miss my baby (shop).”
The mother of three expressed her sorrow, noting that all her hard work, dedication, and prayers to build her brand were wiped out in an instant.
“I lost it all—my hard work, my blood, my tears, and years of prayers on building my brand @bodygangsocietyy. I lost it all in a twinkle of an eye.”
She described the overwhelming shock she feels and the difficulty in facing her husband, knowing that he, too, is deeply affected but is trying to stay strong for her.
“My 1st shop @ Abraham Adesanya Axis and my 2nd shop @ Agungi are all gone. Even my hubby’s shop, @bme_wines, was affected too. We lost them all. How can I fail when I have only just started?”
Despite the setback, Ogbodo remains hopeful, promising her followers that she will come back stronger.
“It is well! We give God all the glory and praise.
“I’ve been wallowing in self-pity, crying every day, trying to understand my mistakes, but I can’t seem to figure it out. The shock is overwhelming for me. I’m too afraid to look at my hubby’s face because I know his heart is bleeding too, but he is masking his pain to keep me strong.
“But we will be back stronger, I promise! God help me.
