Movie producer Adanma Luke has penned down a tribute to actor Junior Pope and her crew member who died in a boat accident on April 10.
The mother of one shared behind the scenes moments from her movie production, showing some of the crew members that died.
In her tribute, Adanma said her heart is shattered and bleeds for their “families who are in pain that cannot be described.”
She wrote: “My brother Junior Pope, my makeup artist Abigail, My hard working Friday, Precious and Olanti My heart is shattered in pieces as write this. I’m broken. I do not have any words, no words are enough to explain this pain.
“I find myself praying, how can we turn back the hands of time? My heart bleeds for your families who are in pain that cannot even be described. May God who sees and knows everything, in his infinite mercy give you peace and rest.?
Junior Pope was confirmed dead on the night of April 10 after several attempts to resuscitate him failed. The actor alongside make-up artist Abigail Frederick, and the production crew; Friday, Olanti and Precious drowned in Anam River on their way back from the set of Another Side of Life, a movie produced by Adanma Luke.
Meanwhile, the Association of Movie Producers (AMP) suspended Adanma from filming, one week after the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) banned members from working with her.
