Singer, Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley, has charged his supporters, which he calls Marlians, to make Nigeria ‘great again’.
The 25-year-old said in a post on Twitter on Friday that they have the power to effect a change in a person’s behaviour.
“Marlians we can make Nigeria great again,” the controversial singer said, “We believe we can because we have the power to have an effect on the behaviour and character of someone. So help us God.”
Naira Marley has faced criticism for his music and lifestyle, which some claim have negative effects on the youths.
He has, however, repeatedly denied these allegations.
In October 2019, he sarcastically tweeted: “Naira Marley is the problem of Nigeria, not SARS, not police and not the government.”
