Actress and TV host Nancy Isime has celebrated her 33rd birthday with a new house.
Nancy shared the news on Instagram, posting photos of herself and the property alongside a note reflecting on her journey.
Nancy recounted her humble beginnings, revealing that she once lived with her father in an uncompleted building with no ceilings, flooring, or running water.
“I remember sitting in what was going to be our new home — an uncompleted building… I said, ‘I’m going to own a good home!
“But before I buy even a tiny piece of land, I’m going to help Daddy achieve his lifelong dream of owning a fully completed furnished house,’” she wrote.
The actress said she began working at 17 as an event usher and set aside part of her earnings to build her father’s dream home, which she finally completed in December 2022.
Reflecting on her own achievement, Nancy revealed she purchased her dream home a year later, on December 15, 2023, after making the initial payment just days before.
“Three months prior to this day, I didn’t even think that was going to ever be a possibility in my life,” she added.
Describing her story as a testament to God’s grace and favour, Nancy encouraged others to remain determined and faithful.
“This win is not just for me but also for young girls/boys who find their story in mine. It’s only a matter of time, my darling. Nothing can come between you and the blessings God has in store for you. Nothing!”
Nancy, who referred to this milestone as her “Jesus Year,” thanked God for aligning her life with opportunities and blessings.
