Ned Nwoko, the husband of Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels, has been appointed chairman of the board of National Patrons of the Actors’ Guild Of Nigeria (AGN).
This was announced by the AGN President, Emeka Rollas, on Instagram on Tuesday.
“Rt Hon. Prince Ned Nwoko, a man with a lion heart…It was my pleasure decorating you with the instruments of your appointment as Chairman Board of National Patrons of the Actors’ Guild of Nigeria (AGN)…,” he wrote.
On Monday, actresses, Hilda Dokubo and Kate Henshaw, expressed their displeasure over the investiture of Senator Elisha Abbo as a patron of the guild.
The actresses explained that he was unfit to occupy the position given that he was caught on camera assaulting a woman in an adult toy shop in Abuja in July 2019.
