Actress Regina Daniels has said that her husband Ned Nwoko is responsible for self-acclaimed sex therapist Jaruma’s arrest.
In an Instagram post on Thursday, the 21-year-old made a statement countering reports that she and her husband got the kayamata seller arrested.
According to her, the arrest had nothing to do with their business deal but was made as a result of the “various false and malicious publications” against her husband.
She said: “PLS NOTE THE PETITION, ARREST AND THE DETENTION OF JARUMA HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BUSINESS DEAL BETWEEN ME AND HER. BUT SIMPLY AROSE FROM THE VARIOUS FALSE AND MALICIOUS PUBLICATIONS AGAINST MY HUSBAND.”
In an Instagram post on December 9, 2021, Jaruma dragged Nwoko after the latter released a statement denying his wife’s involvement with her kayamata product.
Jaruma had claimed that Nwoko was under the influence of the product which Regina used on him.
“If Kayamata is not working on you, how can a little girl of 21 control you and your PR to type this, five pages, Jaruma product is working on you, If not how can a 21-year-old girl allow this to be published on your own page with your own words. We know it is Regina’s writing,” she said.
Born Hauwa Mohammed, Jaruma is currently on remand after an Abuja Upper Court ordered it following her arrest based on a petition by Ned Nwoko.
