Businessman Ned Nwoko and his wife Regina Daniels on Monday evening hosted the Minister of State for Labour and Productivity Festus Keyamo.
The couple hosted Mr Keyamo at their residence in Abuja.
In a tweet, the minister said they discussed politics, economy and the Special Public Works Programme being overseen by the labour ministry.
“Earlier this evening, my ‘brother’ from Delta State, Hon. Ned Nwoko and his delectable wife, Regina Daniels, hosted me at their private residence in Abuja. We discussed politics, the economy and of course how we can work together in respect of the Special Public Works Programme,” he tweeted.
The Special Public Works Programme will employ 774,000 youths across the country for three months. They will be paid N20,000 monthly.
Their jobs will include tree planting, clearing of irrigation canals among others.
