Winner of the 2006 edition of the Next Movie Star reality TV show, Portia Yamahan, is set to become a mother soon.
The actress, who has since relocated to America after marrying a gentleman simply identified as Aaron Peck in what she described as a “very private ceremony” in January this year, confirmed this in a recent chat with qed.ng.
Explaining her absence from Nollywood, the University of Abuja Banking and Accounting graduate said “I am starting my family here (America)”.
She spoke further: “I have my work permit but can’t do anything with it because I am almost due to have my baby.”
The arrival of Little Peck may be the most important thing on her mind right now, but she intends to get back to work as soon as possible and “of course visit Nigeria.”
