Actress Ngozi Ezeonu has celebrated her onscreen husband Pete Edpochie on the latter’s 77th birthday.
Photos of the movie legend were shared on his official Instagram account on Thursday to celebrate him and many wished him a happy birthday in the comment section of the post.
Joining the celebration, Ngozi Ezeonu who has played wife to Pete in many films shared the actor’s photo on her Instagram account with a goodwill message.
She wrote: Happy 77th birthday sir May God continue to keep you strong and healthy to the glory of HIS name.”
The movie couple has starred in films like My Love, Broken Home, Acrimony, Out of Cage, When God Says Yes, Zoza, Lonely Walk, Wisdom of the King, Love & Politics and Our Heritage.
Others who celebrated Pete include Shan George, Chizzy Alichi, Rita Edochie, Chidi Mokeme, Joycee Kalu, Rita Dominic and Pete’s son Yul Edochie.
In her post, Rita Edochie who has also played Pete Edochie’s wife in movies, described the movie legend as one who is loving, caring and concerned about the welfare of others.
She added that she does not regret knowing Pete as her husband’s brother and will be married into the Edochie family in her next life.
