Many Nigerians appear not to be taking Tammy Abraham’s first England call-up in good faith.
The 20-year-old, eligible for the Super Eagles through his father, was Thursday called up for the first time to represent the Three Lions in friendlies against Germany and Brazil.
Words can’t describe the feeling but truly blessed and honoured to be called up to @England seniors ???⚽️thanks for all the messages ❤️

Abraham, who plays his club football for Swansea on loan from Chelsea, was reportedly approached by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) but opted for the Europeans.
Now with the forward almost certain to feature in the next international break for England, Nigerians were not too pleased to have lost another promising prospect.
Here’s how few took the news of his invitation to the Three Lions on Twitter.

What Tammy Abraham doesn’t understand is that MFM will be unable to untie his destiny once England ties it with a competitive cap.

First of all, Tammy Abraham is not getting in the England squad for Russia. His call up is to keep Nigeria permanently away from him.
