It’s been over three years since Sunday Mba scored that winning goal for the Super Eagles in the final of the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations final against Burkina Faso.
But many Nigerians still have fond memories of that cracking strike that won the country their third continental championship and the first in 19 years.
No wonder they flooded social media platform, Twitter, to celebrate the birthday of the former Rangers midfielder who clocked 28 on Monday.
Leading the way were teammates at that tournament, Brown Ideye and Kenneth Omeruo, who are still key members of the Super Eagles.
Happy birthday @mba_sunday ✌❤
