Gospel singers Nikki Laoye and Soul Snatcha, have welcomed their first child together, coinciding with their third wedding anniversary.
Nikki shared the news on Instagram on Wednesday, posting maternity photos featuring her husband.
Expressing her gratitude, she described the birth of their daughter as a testament to God’s love, faithfulness, and perfect timing.
She wrote, “Look at God! Our Princess arrived on our 3rd wedding anniversary. Only God could have planned this.”
She described the birth as “a perfect display of God’s love, goodness, and mercy towards us… one we can never forget.”
Celebrating the milestone, Nikki added, “Happy 3rd anniversary to us, baby @soulsnatcha. We have always said that our wedding days are blessed. We can’t thank you enough, oh God.”
She also marveled at her strength after childbirth, writing, “Can’t believe I just had a baby. Still as strong as ever. Who is like the Lord indeed? Nobody! We are in awe, I am in great health.”
Thanking God for a fresh start, she described their love as “the remix of a lifetime” and declared, “Our love and our home will forever be a beacon of God’s unexplainable mercy, the reassurance of His love and His promise of new beginnings.”

A day before giving birth, Nikki posted a video with Soul Snatcha’s four children from his late wife, revealing she was heading to the labour room.
Nikki and Soul Snatcha got engaged in 2021 on her 41st birthday and married in March 2022.
