Singer, Niniola, has revealed that she tried to get her tailor to recreate an outfit won by American singer, Beyoncé, but without much success.
The 33-year-old shared a picture of the American singer in the short, black dress and wide-brimmed hat next to one made by her tailor, on Sunday.
“Please help me ask the tailor why she did this to me? Asked for Beyonce’s style and I got this,” she captioned the post.
Beyonce enlisted Niniola and other African artistes such as Wizkid, Tiwa Savage, Yemi Alade, Tekno Busiswa and Salatiel to work on her 2019 album, Lion King: The Gift, which was the soundtrack for the film, The Lion King.
On April 24, Niniola announced that she had received a Grammy Certificate of Recognition from the Recording Academy for her work on the album.
