Actress Nkechi Blessing has knocked down some of her colleagues who posted Iyabo Oko’s photo after her daughter announced her death.
There was confusion early on Thursday morning over the reported death of the actress. Bisi had announced Iyabo’s death in an Instagram post on Wednesday night.
“My mum is gone. Rest well mummy. May your soul Rest In Peace mummy,” Bisi wrote.
Bisi, however, returned to Instagram on Thursday, January 6 to say her mother was not dead after all.
Reacting in an Instagram post, Nkechi Blessing criticised come of her colleagues who rushed to post ‘RIP’ with a photo of Iyabo.
“People are so quick to post RIP but to post success, they won’t fake love everywhere. The way you all rushed to post that RIP ehn.
“I am sure Most of you did not rush to her Aid when her acct was posted its 2022 the Yoruba industry needs to do better than this…Just saying respectfully,” she wrote.
