Nollywood actor, Prince James Uche, is reportedly in need of the sum of N10million to undergo a kidney transplant and eye surgery abroad.
James who has been diagnosed with high blood pressure, diabetes and kidney failure for more than eight years is currently admitted at Godspower Hospital, in Festac Town, Lagos.
The onetime President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has reportedly spent all his life savings on hospital bills and was allegedly abandoned by his wife and children in 2012 because of the ailment.
He has also been served an eviction notice from his residence at 45, Yetunde Brown Street, Gbagada, Lagos.
It was reported in February 2015 that James was in critical condition and had been neglected by the Ibinabo Fiberesima-led AGN.
The association later released a statement revealing that the veteran actor has been assisted in every way possible and individuals should feel free to do the same.
