Yoruba movie actress, Bimbo Oshin, is a year older as she clocks 47.
In a post to Instagram on Tuesday, the Eyitayo actress shared a video montage and pictures of herself, expressing gratitude for being alive.
“To you Lord almighty, my Alpha and Omega I give full praise and adoration. Thank you Lord for this wonderful grace. Happy birthday to me,” she wrote.
Bimbo was born in Ondo State. She attended the University of Lagos where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy.
She commenced her acting career in 1996 but rose to recognition after starring in a 2012 Yoruba film titled Omo Elemosho.
The Omo Elemosho actress was honoured with an Icon Category Award at the Afro-Heritage Broadcasting and Entertainment and Awards in 2016.
She has starred in movies such as Engagement Party, Alangba, Oko Orisa, Imole, Iye, Oran Lafin, and Monica.
