Nollywood actress Olatoun Olanrewaju has tied the knots with her lover.
Popularly known as Omo Mose, the actress got married to her lover Adekola on Thursday, July 23 at a Muslim wedding ceremony.
Olatoun shared pictures from the wedding on Instagram and also wrote a love note to her husband on the platform.
“On this special day, I’m proud to take you as my husband. For all the time we’ve been together, there has always been the kind of mutual understanding which is only shared when there is true love,” she wrote.
Olatoun also made pledges to him, writing “I vow to trust and value your opinions, and stand by your actions. I vow to be your unrelenting cheer squad on the grim days.
“I pledge to listen to your advice, and occasionally take it. I pledge to never keep scoring… even if I’m totally winning.
“I pledge to always admire your strong, kind and determined heart. I pledge that I will love you, I will ask for help when I need it, and offer help to you always.”
Born and raised in Ibadan, Oyo State capital, Olatoun is a native of Kwara State who has produced four movies – Omo Esu (2013), Omo Mose (2018), Gbanko Gbi (2019) and Omo Okuta (2020).
The screen beauty spoke about her journey as an actress in a chat with Explosure Interview in April.
“Well, I started very young after I finished my secondary education in Oyo town at Moruff Olayiwola Acting Group before I proceeded to Lagos in 2008 and joined Oladele Matti Acting Group. He is the producer of Oba Onise Ara.
“…As a young actress I faced a lot of challenges, envy from mates and seniors colleagues. Every work has its hazards. Like I do say only the strongest survive,” she said.
