The former acting managing director of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Joy Nunieh has appeared before the House of Representatives Committee on NDDC to testify at the ongoing investigative hearing on alleged corruption in the commission.
Nunieh was earlier scheduled to appear before the committee on Thursday but was prevented following a police invasion in her Port Harcourt residence.
The former NDDC boss was rescued by the governor of Rivers State Nyesom Wike and taken to the Government House.
