Nwakali brothers, Chidiebere and Kelechi were among 23 players invited by Super Eagles assistant coach, Salisu Yusuf, for the forthcoming hybrid friendly with Atletico Madrid.
Eagles’ B-team will tackle the Europa League champions on Tuesday in Uyo.
Chidiebere is currently contracted to Manchester City while younger sibling, Kelechi, is on the payroll of Arsenal.
Aside from the duo, former Flying Eagles skipper Musa Muhammed, Italy-based Sadiq Umar and Emem Eduok were invited.
There were also call-ups for Akwa United FC goalkeeper Olorunleke Ojo, Enyimba FC forward Isiaka Oladuntoye, FC IfeanyiUbah defender Adeleye Olamilekan and Lobi Stars’ duo of Olufemi Kayode and Ebube Duru.
All invited players are expected to arrive at the Bolton White Apartments Hotel, Abuja on Friday before the contingent moves to Uyo at the weekend.
