Former President, Olusegun Obasanjo, has called together some political parties and security chiefs for a meeting at the Obasanjo Presidential Library, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
The purpose of the meeting is unknown; however, it is believed to be related to the recent violent clashes among supporters of political parties in the state, and the general elections.
The Action Democratic Party state Chairman, Wale Egunleti; the governorship candidate of the African Democratic Congress, Gboyega Isiaka, were among those spotted at the venue.
Others are a zonal director of the Allied Peoples Movement Campaign Council in Ogun West, Jide Ojuko; and the state Caretaker Secretary of All Progressives Congress, Ayo Olubori.
Ogun police spokesperson, Abimbola Oyeyemi, was also spotted at the venue.
