Former President Olusegun Obasanjo and his wife Bola Obasanjo joined dignitaries at the 25th remembrance anniversary of Christopher Adeosun, father-in-law of former minister of finance, Kemi Adeosun.
The deceased was among the first indigenous managers of Barclays Bank.
The anniversary was held at Asero in Abeokuta, Ogun State on December 20.
Also present was Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun, minister of finance and coordinating minister for the economy, Wale Edun; his wife, Adwoa Edun; Senator representing Ogun Central, Shuaib Salisu; and Speaker of Ogun House of Assembly, Olakunle Oluomo.

Former accountant general of Ogun State, Pastor Adeseye Senfuye, and former managing director of First Bank, Bisi Onasanya, were also at the occasion.
Other notable attendees were the Secretary to Ogun State Government, Tokunbo Talabi; commissioner for transport, Gbenga Dairo; former Secretary to the State Government, Taiwo Adeoluwa; principal of Diya Fatimilehin, Gboyega Fatimilehin; Realtor, Yemi Lawal; and managing director of Daniel Ford, Yemi Edun.
Speaking at the event, Governor Abiodun praised the Adeosun family whom, he noted, is associated with finance.
