Billionaire businessman Obi Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, has been gifted 50 tricycles (keke napep) ahead of his 50th birthday.
Sharing a video of the surprise on Instagram on Thursday, Obi Cubana revealed that he was still in bed when his “younger brother and business partner” called to inform him he was coming over.
Upon arrival, two trucks loaded with 50 brand-new tricycles were delivered to his home.
Recalling the moment, he wrote:
“Chairman, are you home?”
“Nna, I just dey wake up….”
“Ok boss, I dey come house, 50 for 50…….”!!
He added:
“That’s how my younger brother and business partner @enviable___ came with two fully loaded trailers of 25 brand new keke in each trailer, to my house this morning oooo.
“These are 50 keke from me PERSONALLY, as empowerment support for your 50th birthday in April…..share them as you like!!”
Clearly moved by the gesture, Obi Cubana expressed his appreciation, writing:
“Omo……. Ezigbo mmadu akokwala gi, nwanne m!”
The businessman is no stranger to grand gestures from friends.
During his mother’s burial in July 2021, associates gifted him scores of live cows to support the event.
Obi Cubana will celebrate his 50th birthday on April 12, 2024.
