Former Nigeria international, Odion Ighalo, has celebrated his son, Samuel, on his birthday.
The 30-year-old Shanghai Greenland Shenhua striker prayed for his son in a post on Twitter on Thursday.

“Happy birthday to my beloved son Samuel Ighalo. Grow in wisdom and prosper 🎂🎂🎂❤️❤️❤️🙏🏾,” he wrote.
Ighalo announced his retirement from the national team after his heroics at the 2019 AFCON in Egypt.
He was the second player after Mikel Obi to announce his retirement from the Super Eagles after the tournament.
In total, Ighalo scored 16 goals for Nigeria in 35 appearances, and he also captained the country’s Under-20 team to the 2009 World Cup, also held in Egypt.
