General Overseer of Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, popularly known as Odumeje, has hinted at joining the 2027 presidential race.
In a viral clip shared on TikTok, Odumeje made the announcement during a church service while addressing his congregation.
The controversial cleric stated that Nigeria needs a young and digital leader, adding that he is considering stepping into the political arena to replace aging leaders.
“We need a young leader in this country, and I think I’m coming out. A digital leader, not old cargoes. I think I will come out for president. Are you ready for me? Odumeje for the president,” he declared.
Odumeje, also known as Indaboski Bahose, is famous for his dramatic preaching style, music career and self-proclaimed prophetic powers.
His Onitsha-based ministry has been at the center of several controversies, including clashes with traditional worshippers and criticisms over his miracles and public statements.
