Fans of movie star Odunlade Adekola could not hold back their excitement over a video of his wife Ruth, who is a deaconess, twerking to promote her husband’s new movie.
Odunlade who is known for his comic displays offline and on social media, enlisted the services of his wife to promote his latest film Lakatabu.
The Yoruba actor shared a video of himself and Ruth on his Instagram account on Tuesday, dancing to promote the film.
But the highlight of the video was when Ruth went an extra mile by twerking for her husband who rocked her from behind.
Captioning the video, an excited Odunlade playfully said their pastor will query them for their actions.
He wrote: “You never see anything. I know our pastor will soon invite me and Deaconess and I know he will say ELDER ODUNLADE ADEKOLA please, leave mummy DOYIN alone don’t disturb her again se gbo.
“And will say Mo ti gbo but, after June 21st LAKATABU will be in all the cinemas from June 21st.”
Many took to the comment section of the post to react to the video.

Odunlade Adekola’s wife was ordained a deaconess at the Christ Apostolic Church in July 2023.
The couple got married in 2003.
