Former governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, has urged his successor, Kayode Fayemi, and the All Progressives Congress (APC) to bring fire on Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters (Vice President’s Office), Babafemi Ojudu, and Senator Dayo Adeyeye.
Mr Fayose, who had earlier said APC was in crisis because God was angry with the party, tweeted on Monday, saying Ojudu and Adeyeye would never be welcomed in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
“Fayemi/APC should pepper the likes of Ojudu & Adeyeye. They will never be welcomed in PDP,” he wrote.
“Apart from them not having electoral value, they are blackmailers & individuals whose needs are insatiable. Above all, God’s anger has caught up with them in their inordinate quest for power.”
Fayemi recently accused Ojudu of planting a report in the press about his visit to President Muhammadu Buhari.
The report in a national daily claimed that Mr Fayemi had unsuccessfully visited Aso Villa on June 23 alongside Victor Giadom to win Buhari over in the heat of the leadership crisis in the APC.
