Businessman Olakunle Churchill has penned a heartfelt message to his son King Andre as he marks his ninth birthday.
Churchill, who shares the boy with actress Tonto Dikeh, posted a photo of Andre on Instagram on Monday, expressing his love and best wishes.
“Happy 9th Birthday Son ,” he wrote. “Today marks another beautiful year of your life, and I couldn’t be prouder of the kind, smart, and wonderful young man you are becoming.
“I pray that God continues to bless and guide you, filling your life with wisdom, joy, and endless possibilities. May you shine brightly in all you do and be a blessing to the world.
“Daddy loves you and I will always be here to support and cheer you on.”
Tonto Dikeh also took to social media to celebrate her son, King Andre, on his 9th birthday with a heartfelt message.
“Happy 9th Birthday, My Dearest King Andre Dikeh! My precious son, my heartbeat, my greatest blessing—today, you turn 9, and my heart overflows with love, gratitude, and pride,” she wrote.
The actress described Andre as strong, wise, and destined for greatness, praying that nothing dims his shine. She also declared biblical blessings upon him, quoting Deuteronomy 28:13, Isaiah 54:17, Luke 2:52, and Psalm 23:6.
“My son, I love you beyond words, beyond reason, beyond time itself. You are my greatest achievement, and I will always stand beside you, cheering you on, covering you in prayer, and giving you the best life possible,” she added.
Tonto ended her note by wishing her son endless joy, success, and fearlessness as he steps into a new year.
Churchill and Tonto tied the knot in 2015 and welcomed Andre the following year. Their marriage however ended in 2017 after a messy separation that played out in the public eye.
Tonto accused Churchill of domestic violence, infidelity and financial deceit, while Churchill claimed the actress was violent and destructive.
Churchill has since moved on with actress Rosy Meurer, whom Tonto had previously accused of being a key factor in their marital troubles.
