Ex-Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh, has hailed his team’s exceptional display in the 3-2 victory over PSV II on Monday.
Oliseh’s Fortuna Sittard side came from two goals behind to beat their hosts in front of a fully packed stadium in Eindhoven.
Donyell Malen and Sam Lammers gave PSV a well-deserved lead after just 40 minutes.
But Fortuna pegged back through a brace from Stefan Aškovski and Lisandro Semedo.
The victory ensured Oliseh’s lads climbed up to second in the Dutch second tier after 16 games.
More importantly, though, it was the 43-year-old’s 20th three points since taking charge in January.
An elated Oliseh couldn’t hide his joy on Tuesday evening on Twitter.
Our exceptional 2-3 victory yesterday vs Jong PSV,coming back from a 2-0 deficit is my Landmark 20th victory as Coach of Fortuna Sittard after 35 games in charge with 8 draws! God is Great !! pic.twitter.com/W6hisu3MJR
