Ex-Super Eagles skipper, Sunday Oliseh, has continued to make the headlines after taking charge of Dutch side, Fortuna Sittard.
The 42-year-old, who is the first Nigerian to coach a European side, hasn’t disappointed since his appointment in December with strings of superb results.
Oliseh, on a rescue mission to save the struggling side from relegation, recorded an impressive 1-1 away draw with SC Cambuur on Friday night.
Finn Stokkers gave the visitors a surprise lead after 20 minutes before Cambuur pegged back through Martijn Barto 10 minutes into the second half.
The stalemate was the ex-Super Eagles gaffer’s third in six games in which he had also won two and lost just once.
Just a couple of days ago, Fortuna produced one of the most unbelievable comebacks in football – from a two-goal deficit to beat Ajax II 5-2.
Oliseh’s wards climbed to 16th on the log with 24 points and faces fellow strugglers, Utrecht II, in their next game on Friday.
