Actress Omoni Oboli has become a grandmother after her son Tobe and his wife Marelle welcomed their first child.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, Omoni shared the news with a video capturing moment when family and friends gathered to celebrate.
She expressed her excitement, writing: “Our hearts are filled with gratitude and joy. We never knew we could love a tiny human this much.
“Our baby Naya is here, and she’s the perfect gift from God. Our hearts are filled with so much love. Naya, mummy, daddy, grandparents, and uncles are all doing amazing. THANK YOU LORD.”
Tobe and Marelle tied the knot back in March.
Reflecting on the special day, Omoni had said, “It was a cold winter evening, but it was very warm in our hearts. We had the most beautiful wedding ever with close family and friends. Still reeling from the beauty of that day. Thank you, Jesus.”
She added, “Presenting the latest Mr and Mrs Oboli. Welcome to our world, @marelleoboli. Love you so much, my baby girl.”
