Actress, singer and philanthropist, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, and her daughter, Meraiah, are both celebrating their birthday on Tuesday.
While the mother is one year shy of 40, the daughter 17.
“Happy birthday to US,” the Nollywood royalty wrote in a message to her daughter on Instagram.
She added that “God continually shine his eyes on you.”
The mother of four, who is married pilot Captain Matthew Ekeinde, gave a hint of what the two have been up to when she said “was kidnapped since yesterday by you know who.”
A grateful Meraiah also has her own birthday message.
Like her mother, she is carving a name for herself with her beauty and sense of style.
She bagged an endorsement deal with Knorr in 2015 and is an aspiring model and fashion designer
Meraiah is currently studying in the United States of America.
