Actress Mercy Aigbe has said that elevated people will forever be criticised by the frustrated ones.
The movie star said this in a Tik Tok video uploaded on Instagram on Tuesday.
She said: “This God? when he likes you he likes you. It doesn’t matter how many people hate you. When he elevates you he elevates you and forever elevated people will be criticised by frustrated people.
The mother of two recently received knocks after her current husband Kazim Adeoti’s first wife alleged that she had been having sexual relations with him while married to her former husband Lanre Gentry and their son Juwon was five months old at the time.
She also countered Mercy’s statement about their friendship saying they were friends and she was the one who introduced the actress to hr husband Kazim better known as Adekaz.
Mercy’s marriage to Gentry ended in 2017 over allegations of domestic violence and infidelity.
She revealed Adekaz as her new husband in January 2022.
