Nigeria forward, Henry Onyekuru, has expressed delight at scoring his first goal for Turkish champions, Galatasaray.
Onyekuru scored the only goal in his team’s 2-1 defeat to Spanish club, Valencia on Saturday.
It was his second pre-season game for Galatasaray following Wednesday’s 2-1 defeat to Dutch club, PSV Eindhoven.
Vezo Ruben and Tino Lato were on target for Valencia in the game.
“It was great to score my first goal for the club, seems like so long ago,” he wrote on Twitter few hours after the game.

Onyekuru is on loan at Galatasaray from English Premier League club, Everton.
The 21-year-old who was on loan at Belgian club, Anderlecht, was omitted from the Nigerian squad to the 2018 World Cup in Russia despite making a last-minute recovery from injury.
