Ooni of Ife Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi on Wednesday visited ex-President Muhammadu Buhari in Daura, Katsina State.
Oba Ogunwusi was accompanied on the visit by some of his high-ranking officials.
Before leaving the town, Buhari led the Ooni and his entourage to the palace of the Emir of Daura Faruk Umar.
Buhari’s former media aide Bashir Ahmad disclosed this in his posts on social media.
“Today, Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi (Ọjájá II), was in Daura with his entourage to visit former President Muhammadu Buhari.
“Before leaving Daura, the former president led the Ooni of Ife and his entourage to the historic Daura Emir’s Palace,” his post read.
