Ooni of Ife Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi on Friday maintained silence on the 29th birthday of his estranged wife, Queen Naomi Silekunola.
Queen Silekunola took to Instagram in the early hours of the day to post videos of herself dancing as she clocked a year older. “29 years already. Every day is a plus,” she said.
The evangelist posted more photos of herself in another dazzling outfit later in the day. She described herself as a “beautiful daughter of Zion and fair bribe of the Lamb,” adding that her light will continue to shine.
Her estranged husband did not comment on her birthday both on his Instagram feed and hers.
The monarch was active on the photo-sharing app hours before Queen Silekunola’s birthday to celebrate Princess Adebukunmi Adeife’s first birthday.
Although Oba Ogunwusi did not say if Princess Adebukunmi was his biological daughter, his statement about her being the reincarnation of his mother has sparked reactions.
“You keep my memory well refreshed of my mother, of blessed memory, as you are truly her reincarnation,” the first-class king wrote on Thursday.
