Singer Esegine Allen popularly known as Orezi has expressed heartbreak over a fire incident at his apartment in Lagos.
The singer took to Instagram page on Tuesday to narrate how the incident happen.
According to Orezi, his neighbour, crossdresser Bobrisky informed him that his house was on fire while he was at a meeting in Lekki.
Orezi said he thought Bobrisky was joking until he raced to his house only to see the state of his apartment which left him heartbroken.
He wrote: “Last night was really hectic. Still trying to figure out and wrap my head around all that happened I’m sitting here asking my self why me God is indeed merciful. Can’t thank God enough.
” I was at a meeting in lekki county last night around 11:48 pm.
“When I got a call from Bobrisky that my house is on fire I initially thought it was was a joke, I was like Which kind yeye joke Bob dey give me so. Immediately I raced to my house, what I saw broke me.”
Orezi also shared several videos on Instagram showing his damaged property after the fire.
The incident occured a few days after another music artiste Small Doctor escaped death after a fire broke out in his apartment.
The fire was eventually put out but not before it had already damaged Small Doctor’s property.

Speaking about the sad incident in an Instagram post on Thursday, Small Doctor said that he is not under pressure as the lord is with him and fortunately no life was lost.
“No pressure for the lord is with m,e. No life was lost. Ile Alaafin to jo, Ewa lo bun Kun. That is to say King house wey burn na make beautification fit plenty. Iyanu Mashele soonest. Mi O fah, I no break. Gegeti,” he wrote.
