Gospel singer Amarachi Eze, sister of the late Osinachi Nwachukwu, has arrived in Dubai for a gospel concert.
Amarachi posted a video of herself at the airport on Facebook on Thursday.
Captioning the post, she wrote: “We don land Dubai- UAE. Thank you Jesus. I joined my beloved friends in lifting God’s banner in this city. Jesus may your name be praised.”
The singer will be performing alongside fellow gospel singers Israel Anyamele and E’David at a spiritual encounter program hosted by Jesus is Lord Misson International in Dubai from August 12 to 14.
Last month, Amarachi signed a record deal with Able Cee Studios.
She wrote: “I’m extremely grateful to God almighty and to my beloved friends all over the world… for your good wishes and support for this great journey! I promise by God’s grace, I will not end this journey half way in Jesus Name! Amen. Remain blessed!I love you all,” she wrote on Facebook.
Amarachi and Osinachi were part of the now defunct gospel group Glorious Singers known for songs like ‘Jigidemaka’, ‘Somebody is Knocking’, ‘Jerusalem’ and ‘Onyeoma’. The group disbanded after some of the members decided to pursue solo careers.
Osinachi died on April 8 at the National Hospital, Abuja. She is alleged to have been subjected to years of domestic abuse.
