Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Thursday hosted the correct guesser of the gift he presented to President Muhammadu Buhari on Christmas Day last year.
Osinbajo’s spokesman, Laolu Akande, in a tweet on Friday announced Peter Ogundeji as winner of the bet.
Mr Ogundeji, according to Mr Akande, spent time with Prof. Osinbajo at his office.
“So the answer below to my quiz last month is correct and last night Mr. Peter Ogundeji @folyfloxy85 spent time with VP Osinbajo at his office as promised. Congratulations to the one they call ‘Buhari’s son’ in his home State of Osun, as the winner told the VP during the visit,” Akande said.
He, however, did not reveal what the gift was.
Ogundeji also tweeted saying he was grateful for the opportunity to meet the nation’s number two citizen.
“Thank so much @ProfOsinbajo @akandeoj @LaoluBeckley….Thank you sir for the rear lifetime opportunity, I will forever remain grateful for this 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿,” he said.
