Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Wednesday presided over the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting at the Council Chamber of State House, Abuja.
President Muhammadu Buhari returned to Abuja late Tuesday night after official trip to Jordan and Dubai.
The meeting, which began around 11 am, had the Minister of Science and Technology, Ogbonnaya Onu, say the Christian opening prayer.
FCT minister, Mohammed Bello, said the opening Muslim prayer after the national anthem was taken.
