Dolapo Osinbajo, wife of former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, on Tuesday shared a video of the song she sang in her husband’s honour at a thanksgiving reception held in Ikenne, Ogun State.
Mrs Osinbajo serenaded her husband with the song at the event held over the weekend.
She revealed that the last four verses of the song were composed by her.
“Thanksgiving in Ikenne. All praise to God. Thank you Ikenne,” she captioned her post.
The former number two citizen and his wife were hosted by Ikenne Development Association following Osinbajo’s eight years of national service.

Commenting on the reception, Osinbajo said in a social media post, “Immersed in gratitude as Ikenne, my cherished hometown, honors my eight years of national service. This Thanksgiving is a celebration not just of my journey, but also of our unity and indomitable community spirit.
“I deeply thank you all for this unforgettable tribute and recognition.”
