Actress Regina Daniels has celebrated Adimchinobi, son of her friend and colleague Somadina Adinma, on the baby’s first birthday.
Somadina surprised his 1.3 million followers on Instagram on Thursday with the birthday announcement.
“Happy First Birthday My SonShine @dinobi_adinma,” he wrote.
While many were taken unaware by the good news, others including Regina who appears to have been informed of the arrival of the child, stormed the comment section of the post to celebrate the boy.
“Our baby has been revealed …. Happy birthday son,” the actress wrote.
Regina also shared the baby’s picture on her Instagram account with the caption: “Look at my child…So adorable.”
It was rumoured that the movie stars were dating after they started sharing screen time together.
Somadina, however, debunked the rumour during an interview saying that they are just close friends.
“We met at a location, we were both young and we bonded. We were meant to be friends and when you are cool with the characters on set, interpretation of the story becomes normal. So, it just happened. After movies we became friends, colleagues and close friends,” he said.
The duo plays each other’s love interest in Regina’s latest film My First Love.
Regina Daniels is married to businessman Ned Nwoko. They have two children together.
