Tiwa Savage’s ex-husband, Tunji Balogun, popularly known as TeeBillz, has described parenting as the hardest thing he has ever done.
The father of four made the declaration in a defiant message that accompanied the picture of his eight-year-old son posted on Instagram on Sunday.
“I’m so grateful to God for this guy and apparently his name is Gaetano but we call him GUY. For my 8th years old to remind of who I am…….God is Able,” he began.
Known for sending mixed messages about his state of mind, the troubled showbiz promoter added, “I’m back ON! Give me my credit or not.”
Gaetano is the older brother of Jamil, the child Tiwa bore for TeeBillz.
Quoting the older son, he wrote “Can you just bring Jamil my brother,” before adding “Parenting is the hardest s**t I’ve ever done!”
TeeBillz had said in an Instagram post on Saturday that he was embarrassed he ended up a co-parent to his kids.
“I used to challenge my parents on my quiet time… Now I’m embarrassed to tell them, I ended up as a co-parent,” he wrote.
The man who once went through counselling for depression added a prayer that his kids will not end up like him.
Hear him: “Y’all will never go through the same! God’s willing and his Grace will be sufficient for all my needs to take care of you all.”
A deeply conflicted personality, TeeBillz married Tiwa in 2013 after fathering three children.
The marriage produced Jamil in 2015 but the couple split in 2016 over allegations of infidelity, substance abuse and lack of care.
